All Crosswinds Darling products are made to order especially for you. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Production

Most orders are produced within approximately 2-7 business days. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled from different facilities. You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
