At Crosswinds Darling, each item is made especially for you when your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to

you.

Sizing

Please review the size rhart on the product page carefully before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Refunds
